Tunings for Vespa

La serie dei carburatori SI Dell'orto presenta un condotto venturi cilindrico. 

Questa forma molto semplice da realizzare in fase di produzione risulta però meno prestante nel funzionamento rispetto ai carburatori con condotto venturi di forma tronco conica, poiché genera turbolenze.

Il cono venturi realizzato da Sil-tech PERFORMANCE è progettato per ovviare a questo problema.
Grazie a molte simulazioni CFD (fluidodinamica computazionale) svolte per ricavare il miglior profilo del cono e a vari test eseguiti sui relativi motocicli si è arrivati ad una soluzione che permette di risolvere il problema delle turbolenze in ingresso sviluppando un oggetto specifico per ogni applicazione.

Con l'applicazione di un cono venturi il flusso entra in maniera meno turbolenta ottenendo una portata maggiore di aria che entra nel motore e un miglioramento delle prestazioni su tutto il range di giri.

Progettato per occupare meno volume possibile, garantendo un funzionamento ottimale all'interno della scatola carburatore originale.

PER MONTARE IL SEGUENTE COMPONENTE E’ NECESSARIO RIMUOVERE L’ELEMENTO FILTRANTE ORIGINALE.

Materiale: NYLON PA12 sinterizzato, garantisce resistenza chimica a solventi (benzina e altri idrocarburi) e oli.

Ha eccellenti proprietà meccaniche e un’ottima resistenza alla temperatura.
